Fees Refund Policy

Welcome to Career Classes Indore! We aim to provide the best educational services for CA, CS, CLAT, and IPMAT aspirants. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have outlined our fees refund policy below.: -

1. Application and Scope

This refund policy applies to all students enrolled in courses at Career Classes Indore for CA, CS, CLAT, and IPMAT coaching.

2. General Principles

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration office.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval.
  • A refund processing fee of 5% of the total fees or INR 500, whichever is lower, will be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

A. Before Course Commencement

  • Full Refund: If a student withdraws at least 7 days before the course start date, they are eligible for a full refund minus the processing fee.
  • Partial Refund: If a student withdraws less than 1 days before the course start date but before the course begins, they are eligible for a 75% refund minus the processing fee.

B. After Course Commencement

  • General Principles
    1. No claim for Registration Fee refund shall be valid after completion of 7 days of deposition of the same.
  • Refund Eligibility Criteria:
    1. In case a student withdraws from the course on any account from ongoing batch, he/she shall not be liable for any refund of any amount of payment done to the institute.
    2. No refund will be granted in case of shift in location by the student.The student can avail our online teaching and continue with the course.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration fees and admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Costs incurred for study materials or resources provided by the institute are non-refundable once distributed.

5. Refund Request Procedure

  • Submit a written refund request to the administration office, stating the reason for withdrawal and including any supporting documents
  • The administration office will review the request and communicate the decision within 15 days.
