Fees Refund Policy
Welcome to Career Classes, ( A unit of Career training and classes Pvt. Ltd.) Indore! We aim to provide the best educational services for CA, CS, CLAT, CUET, XI, XII and IPMAT aspirants. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have outlined our fees refund policy as below: -
1. Application and Scope
This refund policy applies to all students enrolled in courses at Career Classes Indore for CA, CS, CLAT, CUET, XI, XII and IPMAT coaching
2. General Principles
- Refund requests must be in writing and needs to the submitted to the administrative office.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval.
- A refund processing fee of 5% of the total fees or INR 500, whichever is lower, will be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
A. Before Course Commencement
- Full Refund: If a student withdraws at least 7 days before the course start date, they are eligible for a full refund minus the processing fee.
- Partial Refund: If a student withdraws less than 1 day before the course start date but before the course begins, they are eligible for a 75% refund minus the processing fee.
B. After Course Commencement
- Up to 1 WeekIf a student withdraws within the first week of the course, they are eligible for a 50% refund minus the processing fee.
- After 1 Week: No refunds will be granted if a student withdraws after the first week of the course commencement.
C. Special Circumstances
- Course Cancellation by Institute: : If the institute cancels a course, students are eligible for a full refund of the fees paid.
- Partial Refund: If a student withdraws less than 1 day before the course start date but before the course begins, they are eligible for a 75% refund minus the processing fee.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
- Registration fees and admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Costs incurred for study materials or resources provided by the institute are non-refundable once distributed.
5. Refund Request Procedure
- Submit a written refund request to the administrative office, stating the reason for withdrawal and including any supporting documents.
- The administrative office will review the request and communicate the decision within 15 days.
